Join Chef Andy Blanton on a Food Lover's Adventure Tour through Bologna, the capital of the Emilia Romagna region, considered Italy's food paradise, for an unforgettable experience! Ever wonder how the world reknowned White Truffles are found? What about hunting for the truffles and enjoying dishes created from what you found? Would you like to pick olives from trees at the peak of their harvest and make and taste your own Olive Oil freshly pressed?

How about learning how Parmigiano-Reggiano is made? Have you been trying to make Homemade Pasta with varying degrees of Success? Perhaps you would like to be able to prepare traditional Italian dishes, such as Ragu Alla Bolognese or Tortellini in Brodo.

Accommodations this year will be at the Five Star Grand Hotel Majestic "gia' Baglioni" (Click Here to View Hotel) This superb five star deluxe hotel is situated in a Palazzo designed by architect Alfonso Torregiani during the first half of the 18th century and built by order of Cardinal Prospero Lambertini, who later became Pope. The palazzo is in fact, built on top of an ancient Roman road, part of which can be seen within the hotel.

The Grand Hotel Majestic "gia' Baglioni" is the most beautiful hotel in Bologna and the best in the region. These are truly world class accommodations.

The Dates of the trip are November 4-10. Fly into Bologna, Italy on Sunday November 4th. Everything will be taken care of as soon as you arrive at the Bologna Airport.
