RATES: Unless otherwise specified all rates are in US Dollars.
- CREDIT CARD - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted
- CASH SALES: Personal and cashier's checks are accepted for deposit and final payment if received greater than 30 days prior to arrival. Full and final payments made within 30 days of arrival must be paid with an accepted credit card.
TAX
Our lodging rates to not include the 7% state tax or 4% resort tax. Cafe Kandahar and the Snug Bar are subject to a 2% resort tax.
PETS
Sorry, no pets are allowed at Kandahar.
WINTER RESERVATIONS
Deposit Policy:
50% of the lodging portion is due within 48 hours of the time of booking.
Full payment is due within 48 hours from time of booking when a one night stay is reserved.
Full payment on all other reservations is due 30 days prior arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made outside of 30 days will result in a refund of the deposit less one night's lodging.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
SUMMER RESERVATIONS
Deposit Policy:
One night's lodging due at time of booking. The remaining balance due upon
departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests that cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be refunded less a
$20.00 service fee. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival,
the one night's lodging deposit will be
retained.
Responsibility: The Lodge at Big Mountain - Kandahar of Whitefish, Montana and/or its agents act only in the capacity of
agent for participants in all matters pertaining to
accommodations, activities, and transportation whether by
airplane, ship, railroad, bus, automobile or any other means of
conveyance and shall not be liable for any injury, accident,
damage, loss, delay or irregularity occasioned by neglect or
default of any company or person engaged in conveyance of
passengers, housing of participants or supplying of services
in conjunction with The Lodge at Big Mountain - Kandahar packages. The Lodge at Big Mountain - Kandahar
reserves the right to withdraw a package, to make changes in
the published itineraries, or to refuse to accept or retain
any person as a participant at any time, whenever in their
judgment conditions warrant, or if changes are necessary for
the convenience, comfort or safety of the participants.
Neither The Lodge at Big Mountain - Kandahar and/or its agents are to be held
responsible for the closing of access routes to or from
resorts due to weather conditions or for weather which
may close down resort operations nor are they to be held
liable for any additional expense, consequence or
inconvenience resulting from the above conditions. The Lodge at Big Mountain - Kandahar will not be liable for a payment of refund for unused
housing, meals, or activities occasioned by a late arrival,
sickness or injury. All The Lodge at Big Mountain - Kandahar prices are based on
tariffs in effect at the time of publication of sales and web literature, and are subject to reconfirmation when final
payments are made.
