Group Rooming Blocks
It is important to note that space will be available at the time of this bid. Space will not be reserved for the group until a contract is signed and $500 paid.
Deposit / Cancellation
A $500 deposit is due with the return of a signed contract. The initial deposit of $500.00 is non refundable.
50% of the room revenue is due 60-90 days prior to arrival. If the entire group cancels, this deposit is forfeited. Room block adjustments may be made without penalty until Final Payment is due (30-60 days prior to arrival).
Final Payment and Rooming Lists are due 30-60 days prior to departure. After final payment there is an allowable attrition of 10%. The amount of cancellation that exceeds 10% within 30-60 days is forfeited.
