Due to the size of the restaurant and it's popularity, dinner reservations are highly recommended. The Cafe is open to the public but also wants to provide a quality dining service to lodge guests.

The Cafe has an extensive wine list with a number of selections available by the glass. The Snug Bar is fully licensed and provides beverage service to the Cafe and lobby area of the Lodge.
The Cafe Kandahar staff is available to host holiday parties, banquets, wedding receptions, business luncheon/dinners for parties of 25 or more. Please call us to inquire about this special service.

We are doing something a little different this year. You can attend the wine dinner and enjoy the full experience of the spectacular food and wine pairing or just have the exquisite food without the wine pairing.
- 7 course wine dinners will be on Tuesday evenings:
August 17 and
September 14
- 5 course wine dinners will be on Thursday evenings:
August 26 and
September 23
Cost:
5 course $49, with wine pairing additional $24
7 course $69, with wine pairing additional $39
September 14th - 7 course
"James Beard goes to Europe"
Chef Andy will take you on a tour through Europe as if Mr. Beard were attending the dinner and critiquing each dish. A truly decadent dinner and fabulous wine pairing of classic old world varietals will be featured. $69, $39 for wine pairing.
